Context

PULSE is a product-analytics dashboard designed for subscription SaaS teams: tracking recurring revenue, engagement and conversion without ever leaving a single screen.

Goals

• Make dense metrics legible (MRR, churn, acquisition channels, plan breakdown)
• Deliver professional-tool navigation: keyboard shortcuts, command palette, sortable tables
• Hold the information density without sacrificing visual hierarchy

Solution

An operations interface organized into modules — Overview, Audience, Revenue, Funnels, Retention — with a live product-event stream and customer-signup tracking. Period filters and export keep the analysis actionable.
