Médiathèque — Document management for Afrique Acier
A secure document-management platform for a metal-construction company: centralization, classification and encrypted access to the company's documents.
Context
Afrique Acier, a metal-construction and steel-framing company based in Abidjan, needed to centralize its technical and administrative documentation — DWG and Revit drawings, contracts, reports, media — scattered across workstations and mailboxes.
Goals
- A single, secure point of access to all of the company's documents
- Support for construction-industry formats (DWG, Revit) as well as office formats
- Strict confidentiality: mandatory authentication, encrypted data
Solution
A corporate media library with an authentication portal, organization by classification and multi-format handling. The interface favors fast search and consultation — an everyday tool, not just another digital cabinet.
